You can become a member of the Emu Valley Rhododendron Garden and gain unlimited access for you and your partner (during open hours) to enjoy the flowers, take a leisurely stroll, or just enjoy the tranquillity. For more information about Membership, click here.
The Garden covers 11 hectares with over 22,000 plants already planted, and plans for future development embracing many more. The Garden is open from 9.00am - 5.00pm daily except for Xmas day and Good Friday. Admission fee applies. Accompanied children are admitted free of charge.
Our Tea Room is in operation and light refreshments are available on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, and from December to the end of April. During peak flowering season from September to November the Tea Room is open every day.
Whilst we firmly recommend that visitors walk around the Garden to enjoy its pleasures at close range, we will happily arrange for you to drive around the internal road system.
Please - NO Dogs, Horses or Fires.
Stay on the tracks and do not touch the plants. We regret the need to impose a few rules, but many of our plants are very rare, or in some cases, quite irreplaceable. Our prime purpose for being here is to promote the growing of Rhododendrons.
If we can assist you along that path, please ask.
The unique design of this garden utilises a range of water features and other characteristics which by their nature may be hazardous to children.
We therefore ask that you take care and please supervise children carefully at all times, particularly when in proximity to water features or the edge of buildings or pathways where falls could occur.
Please keep to the defined pathways.
